Please read the following disclosures before applying for a credit card.

Annual Percentage rate (APR) for Purchases

Visa Classic

9.75% Introductory APR for 180 days from the issuance of the card. When the discounted period expires, the APR on existing balances will increase to the new non-discount rate on the first day of the billing cycle. After that your APR will be 12.75%

Visa Gold

6.75% Introductory APR for 180 days from the issuance of the card. When the discounted period expires, the APR on existing balances will increase to the new non-discount rate on the first day of the billing cycle. After that your APR will be 8.75%.
APR for Cash Advances

15.00%

6.75% Introductory APR for 365 days from the issuance of the card. When the discounted period expires, the APR on existing balances will increase to the new non-discount rate on the first day of the billing cycle. After that your APR will be 15.00%.
APR for balance Transfers

Visa Classic

9.75% Introductory APR for 365 days from the issuance of the card. When the discounted period expires, the APR on existing balances will increase to the new non-discount rate on the first day of the billing cycle. After that your APR will be 12.75%

Visa Gold

6.75% Introductory APR for 365 days from the issuance of the card. When the discounted period expires, the APR on existing balances will increase to the new non-discount rate on the first day of the billing cycle. After that your APR will be 8.75%.
Penalty APR and When it Applies

Visa Classic

18.00%

Visa Gold

18.00% This APR may be applied to the entire balance on your account if you: Your account is (60) sixty days late. How Long Will the Penalty APR Apply? If your APRs are increased for any of these reasons, the Penalty APR will apply until your account until your account is current for (6) six consecutive months; contact the credit union to apply for a rate reduction.
Minimum Interest Charge If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $10.00. The minimum interest charge will be charged on every dollar amount.
How to Avoid Paying Interest on Purchases Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle. We do not charge you interest on purchases if you pay your entire balance by the due date each month.

Fees
Set-up and Maintenance Fees Additional Card Fee – $25.00 (one-time) per card
Transaction Fees Cash Advance Fee – $3.00 or 3.00% of the amount of each cash advance, whichever is greater (maximum Fee: $15.00)
Foreign Transaction Fee – None
Penalty Fees Late Payment Fee – $25.00
Over-the-Credit Limit Fee – $25.00
Returned Payment Fee – $20.00

How We Will Calculate Your Balance. We use a method called “average daily balance (including new purchases).”

Loss of Introductory APR. We may end your introductory APR if you make a late payment. With the loss of your Introductory APR, your APR for Visa Classic will be a rate of 12.75% and your APR for Visa Gold will be a rate of 11.75%.

Application of Penalty APR. Your APR may be increased to the disclosed Penalty APR if you are 60 days late in making a payment.

Effective Date. The information about the costs of the card described in this application is accurate as of July 1, 2010. This information may have changed after that date. To find out what may have changed, contact the Credit Union.
